The Hungarian Reformed Church is the "mother" of many Hungarian Reformed churches and communities all over the world. Due to the massive migration of Hungarians at the end of the 19th century and in the 20th century, many congregations were formed outside Hungary, in Europe and around the world.

The Hungarian Reformed Church in Australia has four presbyteries. The biggest one, the
