The residents and staff of Juhász Zsófia Reformed Charity Home for disabled persons and those with special needs danced to South African songs. The Jerusalema challenge has travelled the world and now it has reached Őrbottyán, a town in Pest county, 16 miles from the center of Budapest.
Jerusalema is composed by South African artist Kgaogelo Moag, aka DJ Master Kg, and the lyrics are a Zulu prayer. The challenge originated in Angola, but now hundreds of organizations, institutions and friend groups around the world have created their own version of the video, which aims to send a message to each other in times of the pandemic.
